1. Order Processing Time

• Order Verification: Due to the technical nature of CJ750 parts, we may conduct a brief fitment or quality verification before shipping. You will be notified immediately if there are any delays or issues with your order.
• Weekend & Holiday Orders: Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges and delivery times depend on your destination and the weight/dimensions of the CJ750 parts (e.g., heavy engine blocks vs. lightweight accessories).

3. Heavy & Oversized Parts (Special Handling)
CJ750 motorcycles include large components (e.g., frames, exhaust systems, gearboxes).
• Freight Shipping: Orders exceeding standard parcel weight/size limits will be shipped via international sea freight.
• Custom Quotes: If your cart contains oversized items, our team may contact you with a customized freight quote before processing.
• Tracking: Freight shipments include specialized tracking links updated directly by the freight forwarder.
4. Customs, Duties, & Taxes
• DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid): All international orders are shipped DDU. The buyer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country.
• Customs Delays: We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs inspections. We provide accurate commercial invoices and HS codes for all CJ750 parts to facilitate smooth clearance.
5. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
• Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package.
• Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to activate in the carrier’s system.
6. Shipping Restrictions
• Restricted Destinations: We currently do not ship to countries under international trade embargoes or where CJ750 parts are restricted by local regulations.
• PO Boxes: We cannot ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses due to the size and weight of most motorcycle parts. A valid physical street address is required.
7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
• Transit Damage: If your package arrives damaged, please document it with photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Lost/Stolen: If tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received the package, please wait 24 hours (carriers sometimes scan prematurely) and then contact us. We will initiate a trace with the carrier.
• Insurance: All shipments are insured. If a package is confirmed lost or stolen, we will issue a replacement or full refund.
8. Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change the address after placing an order, contact us immediately.
• If the package has already been shipped, an address change fee and additional shipping costs will apply.
• If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the buyer, a restocking fee and return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
